👉 Instagram does NOT directly tell you who’s stalking you
(Yeah, it sucks. I cried a little too 😔)
🧠 But chill, here are some TRICKS to figure it out:
- Stories = stalker radar
If someone’s always there, watching your stories first every time… hello, there’s your clue 🤨 - Old likes and comments
When someone out of nowhere likes a photo from 38 weeks ago… busted! Nobody scrolls that far back without some serious stalking 😂 - Apps that claim to show you
⚠️ CAREFUL. There are a thousand apps that promise to tell you “who views your profile,” but most of them:- Are fake
- Fill your phone with spam
- Or worse: they steal your account 😱
Better not to get into that, because trying to catch a nosy person ends with you being the one who gets hacked.

If you switch your account to professional, you can see stats:- Profile visits
- Reach
- Interactions
👉 You won’t see names, but you’ll know if things suddenly spike… and something weird is going on there 😏
🔍 So… can you know 100% who’s stalking you?
❌ No.
But with these clues you can sniff out where things are heading.
And if you notice weird activity, well, you know… someone’s watching, but not touching 😅
